International Packages

The United States Post Office (USPS) requires all mail or packages being sent to an international destination to have a customs form attached. International mail is subject to custom examinations in the destination country. The contents and value of an item must be declared on the applicable customs form. Additionally, the custom form must be completed by the mailer.

  •   Packages weighing 1 to 4 lbs require customs form #CN22
  •   Packages weighing 4 lbs and over require customs form #2976-A

To obtain these forms and for more information, go to US Postal Service Customs Form.
