Instate Rentals:
For
employees traveling on official State business within
Georgia,
the state’s contract with Enterprise Rent-A-Car
is mandated.

Loss damage waiver (LDW) is provided at no cost when rented
at the standard rate.
Inter-state Rentals:
For inter-state travel, travelers may use any rental car
provider; however, the State of Georgia has statewide contract
pricing in place with National Car Rental.

Traveler must rent using the State of Georgia Identification
Number. To obtain the IDN, contact Mardina Woods at 404-657-6000.
