Instate Rentals:

For employees traveling on official State business within Georgia, the state’s contract with Enterprise Rent-A-Car is mandated.

Loss damage waiver (LDW) is provided at no cost when rented at the standard rate.

Entreprise Informational Session

To help alleviate out-of-pocket expenses for travelers, Enterprise offers direct billing for UGA employees and guests of the University. To establish a direct billing relationship with Enterprise, please fill out the Direct Billing Request form and follow the instructions on the bottom of the form for submitting to Enterprise. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

-One-way rentals throughout Georgia
-No underage fees for drivers 18-21 years old
-No additional driver fee
-Branches located at all major airports and within 15 miles of 90% of the US population

Inter-state Rentals:

For inter-state travel, travelers may use any rental car provider; however, the State of Georgia has statewide contract pricing in place with National Car Rental.

Traveler must rent using the State of Georgia Identification Number. UGA renters should use contract number 5650601 when renting from National Car Rental.
