The
Office of Real Estate and Space Management (RESM) oversees
all real estate transactions
for the University
and manages space allocation decisions on campus. Additionally,
RESM is responsible for communications with the Office of
Real Estate and Facilities at the University System of Georgia’s
Board of Regents.
