IMPORTANT NOTICE

In response to many employee requests, UGA directly deposits employee reimbursements for such items as travel, med flex, and dependent care payments. This service is provided to employees who currently have their payroll checks direct deposited. This process eliminates the problems associated with lost, stolen, and damaged reimbursement checks. A deposit advisement with all relevant information will be sent to the employee for each payment made..
