Seventh Annual “New to F&A Day”

All employees who have joined the Finance and Administration workforce since July 1, 2010 are invited to attend the seventh annual “New to F&A Day” to be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. The day’s activities provide information on the breadth and scope of Finance and Administration (which includes more than 1,600 employees in seven divisions); enlighten employees on opportunities for interaction in the local community; and create a means for networking within Finance and Administration, to include meeting the leaders of the various divisions.

The concept of “New to F&A Day” was developed by the division-wide Finance and Administration Diversity Committee, and is implemented annually with the help of staff from the Office of the Senior Vice President.

The day will include the following:

• Breakfast with Community Leaders
• Walking Tour of Downtown and North Campus
• Presentation by Senior Vice President Tim Burgess
• Lunch with Finance and Administration Senior Staff
• Bus Tour of Campus
• Tour of Selected New Facilities (Special Collections Libraries building and Health Sciences Campus)
• Ice Cream Social
