Mailing or mass mailing is the processing of a large volume
of identical pieces of mail that may be distributed to campus
locations or mailed as first class or standard mail.
Campus
Mail utilizes direct imprinting, which prints the address
directly onto the mail piece. The inkjet provides clean and
professional addressing of all types of mail projects.
Submitting
addresses for Bulk Mail using FTP
Address files must be submitted in a DBF, Excel
or Comma Delimited format. These files may be sent
using FTP instructions below:
