F&A Staff Development Program

Finance and Administration constantly strives toward an ambitious goal: to set the standard for integrity, teamwork and excellence in the delivery of business and administrative support services. Toward that end, the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration has initiated a comprehensive Staff Development Program designed to improve the “bench strength” of Finance and Administration and to cultivate opportunities for advancement from within the organization. Females and minorities are particularly encouraged to apply for all programs, as it is a strategic goal of Finance and Administration to increase the representation of under-represented groups in managerial and senior staff positions.
