Service Statement
Central Receiving is a
service unit established to perform receipt, inspection,
delivery and temporary storage of materials pending
delivery to University departments. It is our mission
to complete each task in an efficient and timely manner
and to serve University departments to the best of our
ability. Central Receiving provides shipping and claims
processing as well. We strive to accomplish these duties
so that turnaround on all packages, inbound or outbound,
is handled in a professional manner that emphasizes
the importance of customer service. We realize that
customer service shapes our relationships with the university
community and will continue to provide services at a
level that is nothing less than excellent.

4435 Atlanta Hwy, Bogart, Ga.
The
following directions will help with deliveries:
I-85
South
Travel
on I-85 South to the Commerce, Georgia exit, Follow 441 South
approx 25 miles, Go left on Loop 10, Take the Watkinsville,
Lexington Exit, approximately 9 miles take Exit 1 to Monroe,
Turn left on West 316, approximately 3 miles to Athens Monroe
Exit, Turn right on to 78, take 78 Bus into Athens, Turn right
on to Jimmy Daniels Road, 2nd road to the right for dock entrance.
I-85
North
Travel
on I-85 North to Ga 316, Follow 316 East to Hwy 78, take 78
Bus into Athens, Turn right on to Jimmy Daniels Road, 2nd
road to the right for dock entrance.
I-20
West
Travel
on I-20, Take Hwy 138 to Hwy 78, Take 78 Bus into Athens,
Turn right onto Jimmy Daniels Road, 2nd road to the right
for dock entrance.
