Budget Amendment Salary Review

Much of the review in budget processing involves compliance with salary and classification guidelines. This includes compliance with policies regarding salary supplements and mid-year salary changes. Below is the directive received from Regents' Office in dealing with mid-year salary adjustments:

Any mid-year adjustments require Regents' prior approval and must be based on clearly demonstrable changed circumstances related to the nature of the individual's work assignments or some other equally compelling reason.
